
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Center for Advancing Point of Care Technologies (CAPCaT) in Heart, Lung and Blood Diseases will develop and optimize novel point of care technologies to improve the diagnosis and management of heart, lung, blood and sleep (HLBS) diseases. Funded by NIH/NHLBI, CAPCaT will accomplish this goal by integrating scientific, business development, and clinical expertise to identify promising medical products and mentor small companies through alliances with external partners and large companies. This position provides financial and project-related support to center leadership.
Under the supervision of the Administrator or designee, the Administrative Assistant II coordinates and performs a full range of advanced level, confidential, and complex administrative duties.
