Overview:

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:   

Under the direction of the HR Systems & Service Center Director or designee, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for application support including table maintenance, data integrity, HR Systems Analyst backup, report creation/running and auditing of data. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst assists with the overall administrative support of existing systems including user security, upgrades, conversions, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare routine reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis including ad hoc reports as needed
  • Update various tables in PeopleSoft with data provided to us by various departments
  • Responsible for the integrity of data entry including making timely and accurate corrections
  • Process all security requests for access to PeopleSoft Applications and Business Analytics Systems
  • Able to write queries and analyze the output of data
  • Verify and correct error listings according to specified schedule and established procedures
  • Interact effectively (verbally and written) with systems users to provide technical guidance or assist in troubleshooting and resolving issue
  • Provide operational HRIS support for Summit, ADP, ICIMS, AJO and EPAF issues
  • Provide support for all of HR, Diversity and Inclusion and Payroll report requests
  • Assist in preparation and review of data uploads
  • Manage Systems security process, audits and maintenance for PeopleSoft, Summit, ICIMS, ADP, Market Pay, Papervision, Sunapsis, Tax Navigator, Magic
  • Audit access to HR Doors with Security
  • Maintain log of HR employees completing the Data Privacy video and completing their HR Confidential Agreement
  • Support HR staff for system issues
  • Provide backup coverage for HR Systems Analyst
  • Participate in new projects through testing and implementation
  • Lead for table maintenance and security changes within al HR Systems including PeopleSoft, Epaf, ADP and ICIMS
  • Lead for PeopleSoft History correction
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 years of Human Resource Information Systems or related experience especially PeopleSoft
  • 1 year of progressive experience in using, enhancing and supporting departmental applications or processes
  • Effective verbal and written communication competence to assist in end user training
  • Interpersonal Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with people of all levels of information technology expertise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PeopleSoft or other business enterprise software systems experience
