We are seeking immediate post-doctoral positions in Alzheimers disease and related neurodegenerative diseases, by using stem cell models and genomic approaches.

Preferred qualifications:

  • D. in Genetics, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, or Related Discipline.
  • Skilled in conventional molecular methods such as quantitative methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of gene expression (qPCR, ddPCR, Southern, Northern and Western blotting), gene cloning;
  • Experience culturing mammalian cell culture;
  • Some experience in culturing and differentiation of human iPSC is desirable, but not an absolute prerequisite;
  • Experience conducting genome editing (CRISPR), flow cytometry/FACS.
  • Experience with NGS library preparations, including for single-cell transcriptomics.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data using standard statistical methods.
