
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Research Associate position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Stefania Gallucci in the Division of Innate Immunity, Department of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, in Worcester MA. The lab implements techniques of cellular and molecular immunology to study immune responses in vitro, using murine primary cell cultures, and in vivo in murine models of lupus. Specific research interests are the immune responses to bacterial infections in exacerbating autoimmunity. Experience in working with mice and being comfortable handling mice is required.
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator or Designee, the Research Associate performs a variety of complex research experiments.
