KPI/Success Measurement Intern
Information Technology at The University of Massachusetts Medical School has an exciting opportunity for a KPI/Success Measurement Intern to join us in the development of key measurements for technology processes and projects.
In collaboration with the individual UMass Chan IT teams, key metrics will be identified, data gathered to support these metrics, reports templates designed, and dashboards established. The goal of this internship will be to support the individual teams in common data collection and analysis, transparent reports generation and contribution to department level dashboards. During this internship, the use of data collection and data analytic tools will be required, with a focus on building a common process that is easily sustainable and flexible enough to handle the differences between individual teams’ data. Innovative use of tools to measure key performance indicators is the primary goal.
