
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) or designee, the Clinical Research Coordinator I is responsible for independently performing delegated tasks and procedures involving human subject research. This work includes coordination of regulatory activities and aspects of collection and management of data for research protocols related to treatment, ancillary services, and prevention practices.

The DeafYES! Center for Deaf Empowerment and Recovery provides culturally-based, Deaf-positive services in three key domains: therapy, research, and training. Our therapy services are provided by ASL-fluent clinicians. We conduct research projects from a Deaf Gain framework, aimed at improving behavioral healthcare for Deaf people. We provide training and consultation to increase the number of expert Deaf and ASL-fluent professionals within behavioral health care. Preference will be given to candidates who are Deaf or fluent in American Sign Language.
