Postdoctoral Associate, Dr. Shinya Watanabe’s Lab, UMass Medical School,
We invite outstanding candidates to apply for a post-doctoral position to investigate the molecular mechanism of chromatin remodeling by ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling enzymes using various biochemical and biophysical techniques. We are interested in the structure and function of ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling enzymes, especially the SWR1/INO80 subfamily of remodeling enzymes, and their roles in the deposition of histone variants in mammalian cells. In particular, but not limited, cryo-EM experts are encouraged to apply. Please note that our lab is currently located in a part of Dr. Craig Peterson’s lab.
