The Molecular Virology and Gene Therapy Laboratory is seeking doctoral-level researchers to conduct research on gene therapeutic applications for Duchenne muscular dystrophy and other genetic diseases. The laboratory research focuses on recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vectors for gene addition and gene editing applications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD required. Experience with molecular biology, virus vectors, and cell biology methodologies and theory are essential. The ability to work independently in the laboratory, participate in the design and execution of experiments is critical.
