
Postdoctoral Fellowship Position for TB Research
A postdoctoral fellowship position is currently open in the Kornfeld lab at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. This RO1-funded research project focuses on mechanisms tuberculosis susceptibility in hosts with diabetes mellitus and related metabolic disorders.
Applicants should have received a doctoral degree within the last three years and have experience in cellular immunology, flow cytometry and mouse models. Prior experience working with Mycobacterium tuberculosis is encouraged but not required. The UMass Medical School offers competitive salary and benefits, and an excellent work environment.
