The Senior Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting complex administrative and program operations in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. Working under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, this position manages high‑level administrative tasks, leads small projects or components of larger initiatives, and ensures accurate review of application documentation in support of program eligibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytic, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions while supporting cross‑functional teams.

  • Perform advanced administrative and program coordination tasks requiring independent judgment and strong prioritization skills.
  • Obtain and review needed documents for program eligibility and enter data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regularly interacts with applicants, external agencies, and internal support teams to coordinate and facilitate eligibility processing.
  • Process program denials, disenrollments, withdrawals and related status changes.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and program standards.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and written materials for leadership and project teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years of office experience with progressive responsibility
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills, demonstrated experience in setting priorities, delegation of duties, and independent decision-making
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, maintaining record systems, and administering management practices
  • Ability to work in a team and meet performance deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess the organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated ability to work appropriately with confidential information.
