The Laboratory for Neuro-Analysis and Imaging (LANAI) at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School has an open position for a postdoc. There are a variety of projects to work on with a diverse team of experts in the areas of MRI physics, neuroimaging and image processing, and machine and deep learning.
The postdocs job will include development of pipelines for analysis of neuroimaging data, development and benchmarking of new segmentation and processing algorithms, analysis of large MRI databases ('Big Data') and interfacing with researchers in PET/SPECT/CT imaging as well with neurosurgery, neurology, psychiatry and radiology for niche applications. Some of the work will also be in conjunction with Image Processing and Analysis Core (iPAC) at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
