POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Principal Investigator(s), Director(s), or designee, the Implementation Support Specialist III aids organizations, leaders, and staff in implementation of innovations by identifying, contextualizing, and improving the use of implementation strategies across a range of settings and building capacity among teams, organizations, and systems. This position involves working with UMass Chan team members and external partners in co-creation and engagement activities, on-going improvement and support, and sustainability efforts.

The Implementation Support Specialist III will work with the Massachusetts Center of Excellence for Specialty Courts core and affiliated projects. The Center aims to improve the lives and outcomes of people involved with and impacted by the criminal-legal system through its mission of bringing innovative, evidence-based, and equitable interventions to Specialty Courts and related settings. The Centers organizational structure includes three divisions: Research, Evaluation & Policy Division, Equity Division, and the Implementation & Translation Division (learn more about the Center here: https://macoe.org/).
This position will work across multiple projects at the intersection of the criminal-legal system and behavioral health. A strong candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups, be experienced with project management, and evidence of a commitment to equity, inclusion, and belongingness. Hybrid and remote work options are available.

At UMass Chan Medical School, final base salary offers are determined based on a combination of factors, including your skills, education, and relevant experience.

Please note that the range provided reflects the full base salary range for this position. Offers are typically made within the midrange to allow for future growth and development within the role.
