POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, oversees technology and logistics related to application and prospect management, events, and communications. The Program Manager - Admissions Operations may also collaborate with or provide support to other Admissions areas which may include but are not limited to Pathway Programs, interviews, and general recruitment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee T.H Chan School of Medicine Application Management and Technology:
- Manage the application process with the assistance of the Admissions Counselor for all degree programs, and provide support for Pathway Program application processes for the T. H. Chan School of Medicine, utilizing various technology platforms including PeopleSoft, Slate and the AMCAS application system
- Oversee the prospect management process to include but not limited to managing communication campaigns and working with the Office of Communications to aid in T. H. Chan School of Medicine marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the updates to the Admissions website and coordinates with the Office of Communications on social media efforts pertaining to admissions application announcements and deadlines
- Monitor existing systems and procedures, ensuring that the end-to-end admissions process runs efficiently for Admissions staff, applicants, and faculty stakeholders
- Troubleshoot technical issues and application process inquiries for prospects, applicants, pre-health advisors, faculty stakeholders and staff
- Manage the data analytics and reporting needs throughout the admissions cycle, and compile end of year statistical reports for the Director, Associate Dean and other stakeholders and campus partners as needed
- Liaise with IT on T.H. Chan School of Medicine technology needs, and act as the lead for all technology-based admissions projects such as product implementations
- Participate in professional organization events put on by organizations such as the AAMC, AMCAS, NAAHP etc., to keep up to date on medical school application and admission practices, regulations, and trends
- Work with the Director of Admissions on strategizing and implementing admission process enhancements with respect to increasing applicant pools and potential future class size increases
Support Applicant and Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing and Communications, Pathway Programs, Recruitment and Events
- Provide coordination support such as setting up registrations in Slate and working with the Office of Communications to send out electronic invitations for events, (on and off campus, in-person and virtual) to meet established recruitment and enrollment goals
- Assist with technology and logistics for student-run recruitment events
- Aid with technology needs and trainings during committee meetings and the Multiple Mini Interview process
- Assist applicants with application inquiries
- Collaborate with and assist the Program Manager - Pathway Programs on Pathway Program related activities as needed
- Participate in Admissions Recruitment activities such as virtual or in-person yield and recruitment events as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years higher education admissions operations or related experience
- Familiarity with development and implementation of higher education recruitment strategies and a strong understanding of enrollment management processes
- Strong data analysis, data management and data reporting skills
- Ability to implement process improvement strategies for continuous process enhancements
- In-depth knowledge of/experience with various technological platforms; PeopleSoft, EPiServer, Hootsuite, SalesForce, Slate etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to pivot with changing priorities
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with external constituents, fellow staff, and differing levels of administrators
- Ability and willingness to work hours outside normal business on occasion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of university and college academic policies, financial aid policies, academic records, medical school entrance procedures, and available student resources

Please note that the range provided reflects the full base salary range for this position. Offers are typically made within the midrange to allow for future growth and development within the role.
