The Horae Gene Therapy Center of the University of Massachusetts Medical School invites applications for postdoctoral researcher positions. Our research focuses on AAV mediated gene therapy including AAV vector development, therapeutic targets discovery and gene therapy for liver/CNS diseases. Applicants should have a Ph. D in biomedical sciences with research experience in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, virology, neuroscience and animal modeling.

Applicants with backgrounds in molecular cloning, mouse work, gene editing, microscopy, human and mouse genetics, next-gen sequencing, bioinformatics, single-cell sequencing, or protein/structural biology are preferred.

Applicants must also have the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects, concurrently. Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
